Under her "Gourmet by Sally Rae" label, Sally's packaged food product line is for sale on Denman Island through the Denman Island Craft Shop and the well-publicized Denman Christmas Craft Fair.

Sally has taught specialty cooking classes in Courtenay, Langley and on Denman Island, and provides custom wedding cakes and in-home catering services.
